Sr Sales Manager, Diagnostics & Life Science (East Japan)

• Oversee the activity of sales team in east Japan, covering both diagnostics and life science product portfolio
• Work closely with Japan Sales Director and APAC GM, support the launch of new projects in Japan

Description

• Oversee the activity of sales team in east Japan, covering both diagnostics and life science product portfolio
• Provide market insights, strengthen connection with KOLs
• Develop long-term sales plans to contribute to business growth, especially in the diagnostics field
• Work closely with Japan Sales Director and APAC GM, support the launch of new projects in Japan
• Manage team of 10~15; provide mentorship and work on goal-setting
