About the Role:

• Playing manager who can lead the company's general affairs and IT work while directing each member and getting hands-on as necessary.
• Company-wide security policy formulation and improvement 
• Internal network and server operation/design/construction (VPN/UTM/VLAN/file server/LDAP server)
• Internal network operation (maintenance and management)
• Planning and operation of information asset management system

Attractiveness of this position:

• You will be directly involved in the formation of the organization and creation of rules at a startup preparing for an IPO
• The flat organizational structure allows you to work with discretion while communicating closely with management

Must Haves:

• Experience as a leader in a management department, including the IT department (3 years or more)
• Experience planning or executing company-wide projects
• Knowledge of internal network and server design/construction (VPN/UTM/VLAN/file server/LDAP server, etc.)
• Ability to communicate and work with others to advance projects

Preferred Experiences:

• English proficiency
• Experience working in the management department of a listed company
• Experience working at a startup or a company with 50 to 100 employees
• Experience building/launching a CSIRT or SOC
• Experience in general affairs (office management, information asset management, etc.)
• Experience as a system architect or tech lead
