The Accountant position is crucial for maintaining the financial health of our company, with responsibilities including petty cash management, bank payment requests, accounts receivables, and preparing month-end journal vouchers and balance sheets.

Description

• Manage petty cash and prepare bank payment requests.
• Oversee accounts receivables.
• Prepare month-end journal vouchers, including G/L.
• Prepare month-end balance sheets.
• Support preparation of the tax report.
• Ensure adherence to financial accounting standards.
• Maintain financial records and reports.
• Contribute to team efforts in achieving department objectives.

A successful Accountant should have:

• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) and Japanese (at least business level).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting standards.
• Experience in managing petty cash and bank payment requests.
• Experience in accounts receivables management.
• Proven ability to prepare month-end journal vouchers and balance sheets.
