Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Deskside Support Engineer with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English to provide on-site IT support for end users in Fukuoka and across Kyushu. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth IT operations in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, software applications, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and ensure security compliance.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Support VIP users and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Requirements:

• Fluent Japanese (N2 or above) and Business-level English.
• 1-3 years of IT support experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and software support.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience supporting financial or multinational companies is a bonus.
