フィールドサービスエンジニア/Field Service Engineer

このポジションの主な業務は、顧客先でのX線測定機およびマルチセンサー測定機のフィールドサービスです。

• 新規装置設置時の設定・調整: 新規装置設置におけるハードウェアの設定・調整。設定作業の計画、実行、手順に沿った測定精度テストの実施。

• 既存装置の保守: 顧客サイトにおける既存装置の保守作業、設置済み装置の定期保守・点検作業の実施。

• 予防保守のための部品交換: 予防保守のための部品交換を積極的に行います。

• トラブルシューティングと修理: ログデータ分析による装置の問題調査、リモートまたはオンサイトでの修理。

• アップグレード/レトロフィットの提案と実施: 保守・修理作業を通じて確認した装置の状態に応じて、顧客にハードウェア/ソフトウェアのアップグレードを提案し、実施。

• 顧客とのコミュニケーション: 問題の本質を見極め、顧客の要望に対するソリューションを提供。

• 社内および海外拠点とのコミュニケーション: 必要な情報や日本国外からのサポートを得るために、他部署と効率的にコミュニケーション。

• 残業: 月平均約20時間。業務の必要性に応じて週末/祝日の勤務が発生する場合があります（代休取得可）。

• 出張: 主に関東、東海、近畿地方のクライアント先への出張が週3～4日発生します。

入社後は充実した社内研修とOJTを実施します

ドイツ本社（英語）または上海（中国語）での製品研修（必須）入社後2ヶ月間は社内研修、3ヶ月目からOJTを開始。ドイツ本社（英語）または上海（中国語）での基礎研修と各製品研修を受講し、1年後には設置・保守作業を独力で行えるよう育成します。

A leading global semiconductor equipment manufacturer seeks a Field Service Enginee! 

Main work of this position is field service for X-ray measuring machines and Multisensoric measuring machines at clients' sites in Japan.

Machine setup and hardware adjustment at new mashine install. Plan hardware setup work and implement the plan and check measurement accuracy test by following procedures 

●Maintenance work for existing machine at customer sites and perform periodic maintenance and inspection work for installed machine.
●Proactive parts replacement for preventive maintenance
●Trouble shooting and repair work and investigate machine problems by log data analysis amd repair the machine troubles remotely and/or by onsite.
● Upgrade / Retrofit proposal and implementation and suggest Retrofit Hardware and/or software upgrades to customers accroding to the machine conditions checked through maintenance and repair work.

● Customer communication - Figure out essential part of problems and provide solution to customer request

● Internal communication with other departments - Efficiently communicate with other deparments to acquire necessary information and support from outside Japan. 

- Overtime; around 20 hours month.  May need to work on weekend/holidays depending on the business needs (take a day off lieu will be provided)
- Business trip mainly in Kanto, Tokai and Kiki area is rrquired. 3 or 4 days in a every week

Comprehensive in-house training and on-the-job training (OJT) after joining will be provided

Start with in-house training for 2 months after joining the company, start OJT from the 3rd month Basic training and each product training at the Germany head office in English or Shanghai in Chinese will be required.  Expected to oerform installation and maintenance work independently after 1 year

必須条件：

• 機械、電気、電子などの工学系の学歴

• ハードウェアフィールドサービスの経験

• 英語の読み書き

• 普通自動車運転免許

• Word、Excel、PowerPointの使用スキル

歓迎条件：

• X線システムの使用/修理経験

• 英語環境での就業経験

• パソコン修理経験

• 精密測定機のトラブルシューティング経験

• X線作業主任者資格

• 中国語尚可(上海でのトレーニングの場合)

Required：

• Educational background in engineering such as mechanics, electricity, and electronics

• Experience of Hardware Field Service

• English reading and writing 

• Japanese drivers license 

• Proficiency of Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Preferred：

• Experience using/repairing X-ray system       

• Working experience under English environment 

• PC repair experience 

• Troubleshooting for precision measuring machine 

• X-ray work chief qualification

• Chinese for training in Shanghai
