• Business Performance Monitoring: Oversee business reporting and financial analysis to track performance.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in regional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Finance Projects: Play a key role in finance projects, ensuring successful execution.
• Expense Control: Analyze and control business expenses, ensuring consistency with budgets and trends.
• Cost Optimization: Contribute to cost optimization initiatives.
• Monthly Reporting: Perform monthly reporting for management review.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Support the team with ad hoc project analysis.
• Global Projects: Act as the local representative for rolling out global projects.

A successful Corporate Controller should have:

• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in FP&A or a related finance analyst role.
• Experience working in a multicultural, global organization with a matrix structure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner with colleagues across all levels of management.
