We are looking for a diligent and dedicated Retail Director to lead our team in the retail industry, providing exceptional service and driving sales in our Tokyo-based stores.

The currently have 28 stores at the moment around Japan + 5 outlet (2 stores they manage directly, rest is franchise), 3 FSS (Omotesando, Ginza, Kobe)

Description

• Direct and oversee retail operations in Tokyo.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets.
• Implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assess business performance and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators.
• Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Maintain high store standards, including visual merchandising.
