SPACE TECH【IT Security Manager】International Company

This position supports the information security and IT systems of a company developing satellites for applications such as imaging data sales, disaster monitoring, and land deformation detection.

In this role, you will oversee company-wide IT security operations, providing cybersecurity expertise across departments while managing internal IT systems.

社内ITセキュリティの管理・運用を行い、社内システムの技術的支援を担当します。


 

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate company-wide information security policies and systems.
• Provide cybersecurity support for web applications, satellite development, and internal platforms.
• Conduct security assessments, including cloud service and application security diagnostics.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including cloud services, office networks, and employee devices.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to enhance security and efficiency.

• サイバーセキュリティ支援（アプリ・衛星開発のセキュリティ対策）
• システム運用・管理（クラウドツール、ネットワーク、社内PC・デバイス管理）
• 運用スクリプト開発、システム改善・効率化の推進

Requirements

• Experience working in IT security within regulated environments (e.g., ISMS, privacy frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with cloud security, vulnerability assessments, and IT automation.
• Basic English reading/writing skills and fluent Japanese proficiency.

必須要件

• ITセキュリティの業務経験（ISMS、プライバシーマークなどのフレームワーク対応）
• クラウドサービスの設定・技術調査、セキュリティ診断の実務経験
• 日本語での業務遂行能力、および 英語の基本的な読み書きスキル

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in security policy development, cloud service integration, or IT system operations.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GIAC, OSCP, or Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
