SALARY:                                   120,000 – 150,000 THB

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our automotive parts manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a focus on driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain management.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

• Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and R&D, to align manufacturing capabilities with market demands.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
