Job Title: Japanese Speaking System Consultant

About the Role: Our client, a leading IT Solutions company, is seeking a Japanese-Speaking System Consultant to join their growing team. This role is perfect for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in system consulting or related fields, or even fresh graduates eager to develop their careers in a dynamic international environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with Japanese clients to gather system requirements and provide technical advice.

• Assist in the implementation, optimization, and support of various IT systems.

• Bridge communication between Japanese clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.

• Provide on-site or remote training and support in both Japanese and English.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (required).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system consulting or a related IT field is preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English, technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
