Location: U-Thai, Pranakornsriayutthaya

Overview: Our client is the leading manufacturing company. They are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Security Manager to enhance our IT systems and ensure robust security measures.

Responsibilities:

• Strengthen the organization's security system using new technologies.

• Manage projects involving changes to office applications and corresponding security system updates.

• Oversee the use of AWS and on-premises solutions, including extensive backup management.

• Collaborate effectively with factory members and Japan HQ.

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.

• Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard data and systems.

• Lead the implementation team to support customer requirements.

• Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Monitor IT operations to resolve issues, provide support, and maintain operational efficiency.

• Oversee troubleshooting and incident response for infrastructure-related issues.

• Support the development and implementation of IT infrastructure and security projects for Head Office initiatives and group companies.

• Create IT manuals for onsite members.

Qualification:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing IT infrastructure.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.

• In-depth understanding of network architecture and server management (experience with cloud technologies is a plus).

• Proven experience with IT security and compliance standards or frameworks.

• Basic familiarity with ERP/MRP systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
