Our client is Big brand manufacturing Cosmetic (Personal Care and Beauty Products)

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Research and Development: Develop and implement research programs. Focus Personal Care and Beauty Products

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure successful product development and launch.

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor R&D staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Budget Management: Monitor and manage the R&D budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.

• Innovation: Stay informed about the latest advancements in cosmetic science and technology to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as cosmetic science, chemistry, or chemical engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in experience in the cosmetics industry, with a strong background in skincare or related areas.

• Strong communication skills with internal and external people.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
