募集要項
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degrees in logistic, supply chain management or related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in import and export operations in food and beverage for the manufacturing industry.
- Fluent in English with strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Job descriptions:
- Knowledge of documentation requirements and accurate and complete documentation for international shipments term.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents to customers, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
- Coordinating the movement of goods from one country to another, involves working with Manufacturer, freight forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
- Create purchase order and review material inventory to bring the correct information.
- Coordinate necessary documents, supply chain reports and KPI by monthly or as assigned.
- Working closely with key distributors for business development, having sufficient inventory to cover the business on their local country.
- Prepare and confirm necessary shipping documentations.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments for related issues.
