Location: Sathorn Bangkok (Hybrid, BTS accessible)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the full implementation of our Financial Accounting and ERP application software (Financial modules).

• Collect and analyze customer requirements to ensure the system meets their needs.

• Build and configure the system according to specifications.

• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they can effectively use the system.

• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the system's functionality.

• Provide ongoing support to customers post-implementation to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems (AIS), Information Technology, or related fields.

• Proven experience in using or implementing ERP Accounting modules or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software.

• Service-minded with a strong customer focus.

• Self-motivated and a fast learner.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work in an international environment and communicate effectively in English.
