Our client is one of Japan's largest power generation companies which operate entire supply chain, from fuel upstream and procurement to power generation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Work closely with CIO (ICT dept) and necessary organization at the HQ for aligning the entire group strategy, IT governance, security policy etc to our Asia Region, and contribute to develop the regional ICT structure as head of Asia ICT Regional Hub. 

2. Establish/Implement/Management of ICT strategic planning (including ICT compliance for re-organization of Asia Region) with HQ and group companies belong to Asia Region.

3. Draw-up/Implement/Management of various ICT policies/regulations, which includes investment/TCO management (cost management), security, architecture, sourcing (Vendor management), project, ICT service and fixed assets etc.

4. To lead and implement, development, maintenance, operation of corporate & business applications such as implementation of SAP in the areas of accounting etc, and OA related implementation (includes data intelligence, digital signature solutions etc).

5. Act as an ICT service manager using service now platform to support all users in Asia Region for incident and request, provide ICT security education with high quality.

6.As General Manager, ICT, be diligent in managing team structure, personnel management, and career development support.

Minimum 15-years of hands-on experience in the following capacities:
1. 2-years of management experience as regional headquarter
2. 2-years of hands-on experience in strategic planning which relates to Information System
3. 3-years of hands-on experience as a project management in Business Application
4. 3-years of hands-on experience in develop maintenance and operation of Business Application (experience in SAP Public Cloud will be an advantage)
5. 2-years hands-on experience in developing, maintenance and operation of Business Application Infrastructure (experience in public cloud such as Microsoft Azure, AWS etc)
6. 3-years hands-on experience in a Corporate’s OA (infrastructure business support, such as Office365, PC, iPhone, multifunction device, group companies’ network etc)
