- Define project objectives and scope.

- Defines roles and responsibilities and ensure that each member understands them.

- Identify and manage project risks and issues.

- Monitor the project progress and make adjustments as needed to deliver on time.

- Communicate in a clear and timely manner to stakeholders.

- Report project status effectively.

- Be the initial point of project escalation; escalate up as and when needed.

5-10 experience working within an organization as a project manager
PMP related certified
Proven experience on managing software development related projects with project size over 10 people across teams
Good understanding of PMBOK and related project management concept
Experience creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Experience identifying risks and issues, taking steps to mitigate
Experience presenting multiple options and consequence on managing blockers/risks to stakeholders
Experience serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Experience communicating with managers and upper management to keep the project aligned with their goals
Experience performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Experience adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
Business level communication skill in English
