Finance Director, Retail

The position will lead Finance team and IT team of the company. Support the company's development, optimize existing processes, be a business partner with heads of other departments, CEO and the HQ.

• Lead Finance team (Both Accounting and FP&A sides) + Supervise and IT team.
• Be a business partner to heads of other departments, CEO, HQ.
• Support the company's development, process improvements.

• Leadership finance position experience
• Experience to oversee FP&A & Accounting functions
• Management experience
• Fluency in Japanese
  • N1 JLPT
• Business level English
  • Ability to verbally communicate in English with the HQ
• Prior experience managing an IT team will be an advantage, but not required
