• Oversee all aspects of solar project development, from initial planning to completion
• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians
• Ensure projects are completed within set timeframes and budgets
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors and government agencies
• Develop and implement project management strategies and plans
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Participate in industry events and stay abreast of latest trends and technologies
