Description

• Develop and implement project strategies in the energy and natural resources sector
• Lead cross-functional teams for project execution
• Oversee the project life cycle from initiation to completion
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Coordinate with other departments for resource allocation
• Contribute to business development and strategic planning

• An academic background in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Expertise within Onshore Wind Industry preferred
• Proven experience in project development and management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability
• Proficiency in risk management and quality assurance
• A strong understanding of the industrial / manufacturing sector, specifically energy and natural resources
