Data Analyst @ Major E-Commerce Company

[Requirements]
More than 5 years of experience in the following:
-Experience in data analysis at a business company with app/web services
-Skills in extracting and aggregating data using SQL
-Ability to clearly articulate and define issues, and independently proceed through the analytical cycle of formulating hypotheses and verifying data
-Ability to communicate analytical outputs as outcomes that are valuable to stakeholders
-Experience in implementing process improvement and service improvement projects in collaboration with other departments.　

[Welcome skills]
-Experience in measuring the effectiveness of marketing and product improvement measures (including A/B testing)
-Project and team management experience
-Experience with data analysis using programming languages ​​such as Python
-Experience in sales planning, KPI management, and business plan creation and operation

-アプリ/Webサービスを展開する事業会社でのデータ分析経験
-SQLを使用したデータ抽出・集計スキル
-課題を明確に表現・定義し、仮説立案とデータ検証の分析サイクルを自主的に進めることができること
-分析結果をステークホルダーにとって価値のあるアウトカムとして伝える能力
-他部門と連携したプロセス改善・サービス改善プロジェクトの実施経験。 【歓迎スキル】
-マーケティングや製品改善施策の効果測定（A/Bテスト含む）の経験
-プロジェクトおよびチームマネジメントの経験
-Pythonなどのプログラミング言語を使用したデータ分析の経験
-販売計画、KPI管理、事業計画作成・運用の経験
