Oracle EBS Technical Lead（SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher)

• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS in support and/or implementation projects.
• Provide independent issue resolutions for users, troubleshooting problems effectively.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and communicate recommended solutions fluently to all levels of business users, technical teams, and management.
• Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and fix issues related to RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) components.
• Conduct functional testing and ensure that issues within RICE components are resolved promptly.
• Adhere to strict delivery timelines and coordinate effectively with remote teams across different time zones.
• Take proactive steps to resolve issues and demonstrate flexibility in working with varying schedules.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese to support bilingual user base, ensuring clarity in issue resolution and technical discussions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS technical components, including SQL, Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
• Expertise in Oracle APIs and Open Interfaces, particularly for data conversion.
• Solid understanding of Oracle EBS tables with hands-on experience in Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules from a technical development and data conversion perspective.
• At least 6 years of hands-on project experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Experience in functional testing and debugging issues related to RICE components.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users, technical teams, and management in both English and Japanese.
