Description

• Oversee the development of financial forecasts and reports.
• Contribute to strategic planning and program development.
• Provide accurate and timely financial insights and reporting.
• Advise on the financial implications of long-term plans and changes.
• Support leadership with analysis of budgets and financial trends.
• Lead financial reviews and recommend actions to optimize performance.

• Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Experience with ERP systems or in payment processing/banking is a plus but not required.
