Position: Production Control Manager (Chinese Speaking)

Salary package: 80,000 - 1000,000 THB / month

Location: Pluak Daeng, Rayong.

 

- Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements.
- Responsible for continuing programs of exploration for new materials, suppliers, and processes to achieve the best possible quality, reliability, prices, continuity, and delivery.
- Establishes procedures and supervises the monthly and annual physical inventory.
- Supervise, evaluate and coach staff members.
- Interfaces with product line coordinators on the planning and forecasting of customer orders to meet shipments.
- Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
- Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications.
- Ensures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functions.
 

Qualification:                                                                       
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business management, Supply chain management, Logistic.
- At least 3 years’ experience as material, Logistic, Production planning manager in automotive industrial.
- Excellent in English and Chinese.
- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
- Results-oriented with superior technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
