JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reviewing ongoing development projects in the Vietnam market, including profitability, product planning, updating timelines, and development systems.
- Identifying and assessing investment opportunities.
- Conducting background research and initial due diligence on potential partners and projects.
- Analyzing market research and real estate appraisal results.
- Managing the budget and actual performance of real estate projects.
- Negotiating new real estate development projects and acting as a liaison with local developers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field in Real Estate.
- More than 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, market research, or real estate development.
- Experience in the similar position of a real estate developer or agent companies or in finance-related fields, market research companies.
- Involvement in residential real estate development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel for business as needed.
