The company is seeking a highly skilled Program Senior Manager to oversee and drive the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of programs within the organization. This role involves managing multiple projects and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include developing program strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage projects typically from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement.
- Manage project activities within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality throughout the duration of the project.
- Ensure that the deliverables meet quality standards and contract requirements.
- Manage all facets of an ongoing program, which may include developing and implementing new programs.
- Responsible for the management of performance and completion of major contracts or product programs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in Project/Program Management or Customer Service within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to maintain close interface with existing and potential customers on product and technology development.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection, stamping, casting, machining, sheet metal, and packaging is an added advantage.
- Exposure to electro-mechanical precision assembly with a process engineering background is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing resources, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Ability to communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Capability to drive continuous improvement in program management practices.
