PR/158491 | Operations Manager (Retail F&B)

An international retail Beverage company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end establishment and operation of their outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive business plan, including market and location surveys, budget, costing, and financial forecasts.

• Obtain necessary licenses, manage vendor negotiations for equipment and supplies, and coordinate with contractors and designers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of store operations.

• Recruit, train, and onboard store staff, ensuring they meet quality and service standards.

• Oversee the daily operations, monitor sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Analyze market trends and competitor performance to adjust strategies as needed.

• Propose initiatives to increase profitability and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in F&B operations or project management, preferably with experience in setting up new outlets.

• Excellent command of verbal and written Mandarin to deal with China stakeholders.

• Strong project management, organizational, communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of F&B industry regulations and standards.

• Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.
