Job Description:

• Understand and analyze the business processes of the airline business.
• Collaborate/discuss with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Develop detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Create test scripts for new business processes.
• Coordination with offshore for test execution and implementation of solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Write the test scripts for the new business process.
• Coordinate with offshore for test execution, implement solutions to ensure they align with business goals. 

Eligibility:

•  At least 3 years of experience in any of the following:
• Experience as an IT business analyst ・Experience as an IT consultant, PM, PMO
• Experience in vendor management as an in-house IT professional - business level
• - Domain knowledge of aviation/logistics - Global project experience - Technical skills in JAVA, UI, or AWS 

Japanese: Native level Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N), business level English.

Qualification:

•  3 years of experience in any of the following
• Experience as an IT business analyst -Experience as an IT consultant, PM, and PMO
• Experience in vendor management as in-house IT -Business level
• Airline/Logistics Domain Knowledge -Experience in global projects -Technical Proficiency in JAVA, UI or AWS. 

Japanese language : Native level japanese (JLPT N) and business level english.
