Roles & Responsibility
 Support technical design reviews, business proposal for new programs

 【Cybersecurity Strategy Development:】

• Develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks for automotive components in compliance with industry standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE WP.29, etc.).
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments for automotive systems, including ECUs, infotainment systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

　【Implementation & Testing】

• Ensure secure development and deployment of in-vehicle systems by collaborating with R&D teams.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on automobile components.
• Develop automated tools and scripts to identify vulnerabilities.

　【Compliance & Documentation】

• Ensure compliance with local and international cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for audits and regulatory submissions.

　【Training & Awareness】

• Conduct training sessions for internal teams on cybersecurity best practices and emerging threats.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, especially in the automotive sector.

Required skill and experience

Education
 L Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field

Language
 L Japanese N2 Level is OK,
 L English Business Level(Basic technical communication)
    TOEIC L&R 730+ / TOEFL iBT 80+

Experience
 L・10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in the automotive domain.
　・Strong knowledge of embedded systems and automotive protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, AUTOSAR).
　・Hands-on experience with cryptographic methods, PKI, and secure bootloader implementation.
　・Proficiency in cybersecurity tools (e.g., Wireshark, Metasploit, Nessus).
　・Experience with cloud-connected vehicle platforms is a plus.
　・Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team playe
　・Effective communication skills to manage communication with the different stakeholders of the project.

Certifications
 L CISSP, CEH, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
