【JOB DESCRIPTION】

The company is looking for a Web Engineer for a general position in the HRTech business.

■Responsinbilities
Develop rakusai (in-house development) in AWS environment.
You will be involved in everything from development to maintenance and team building.

Specifically...
・Upstream design of application development (requirements, basic design)
・Infrastructure construction using AWS
・Development in PHP, JavaScript, Python, etc.
・Member management (progress management, member development, 1-on-1 meetings, culture/mind maturation)
・Negotiation with end-users/customers on actual business

■About the Service

By linking the client's existing recruitment management system with the company's service, [automation of recruitment management] is being performed.
They can be used to retrieve applicant information, automate interview setup, and reflect the set interview dates and times in the existing service.
Recruitment management systems are tools that manage job information and automatically post jobs.
It also manages applicants who come from posted jobs.

・University graduate or above
