Salary:                    200,000 – 250,000 THB

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Construction to oversee the development and execution of ultra-luxury property and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-end construction projects, including luxury hotels, resorts, and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.

• Work closely with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure all construction work meets the highest standards of excellence.

• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing ultra-luxury property and hospitality projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

• In-depth knowledge of luxury property and hospitality industry standards and trends.

• Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.

• Proven track record in delivering high-end construction projects on time and within budget.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and conditions.

• Experience in both pre-construction and construction phases, including design, planning, and execution.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
