PR/094709 | Finance Manager

Headquartered in Singapore, our client is in the industry of venture capital. The firm focuses on venture building and investment partnership. As part of the business expansion, the team is looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set accounting for the Group (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger)

• Prepare group consolidation for the Group

• Main liaison with auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary and banks on relevant matters

• Monitor internal control and ensure the team activities are in accordance with Group policies

• Identify room for improvements for internal processes to increase efficiency 

• Provide professional advice for potential projects
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent. CA or CPA preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in audit firm or in-house accounting role.

• Strong knowledge in FRS109 and FRS110 for reporting purpose

• Experience in small set up / star-up environment welcomed to apply

• Candidates from Big 4 / external audit background welcomed to apply

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
