Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage high-voltage cabling projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise in HV cabling design, installation, and testing phases of projects.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance teams to optimize project performance.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
 

Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on high-voltage cabling projects, with a minimum of 5 years of successful project delivery, lternatively, experience in telcommunication cabling related project management or any large scale project management experience will also be considered
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
