Company Overview

Our client is a renowned global manufacturer specializing in precision plastic components and metal stamping for various industries.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies, including managing statutory audits and handling regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee risk management practices.
• Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring liquidity for operational needs, and prepare rolling forecasts to track financial performance.
• Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Lead, train, and manage the finance team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial data.
• Implement and optimize financial systems, such as SAP, and standardize financial processes for increased operational efficiency.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CA or ACCA are highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of experience in finance, including 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and drive strategic initiatives.

• Proficiency in SAP or similar financial systems, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and tax laws.
