Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the inspection program and conduct pre-shipment inspections at the company’s supplier facilities. Ensure products meet specified standards and document inspection results, including detailed photographs. Report findings to the manager and supplier as required.

• Audit factory quality assurance (QA) records to gather data on product manufacturing, support production test plans, or aid in problem-solving initiatives.

• Perform factory line audits and recommend Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to drive process improvements.

• Lead problem-solving teams using structured methodologies to identify root causes and implement long-term corrective actions for supplier quality issues.

• Assist with the commercialization of new products in supplier factories by identifying quality risks during the product development phase and communicating them to the development team.

• Conduct onsite reviews of Quality/Ethical Gaps as assigned.

• Verify the compliance of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods with established specifications and standard procedures.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required, with a preference for Engineering disciplines.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting.

• Familiarity with statistical methods is advantageous.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Vietnamese and intermediate-level Chinese is required, with basic English skills preferred.
