• Lead the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Ensure transparency and accuracy in all financial transactions
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
