• The Agile Coach is an internal consultant to guide and facilitate the adoption and improvement of agile methodologies.
• This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to facilitate change in a team-oriented environment.

Description

• Facilitate the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies within the team.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that may impede the team's progress.
• Monitor team performance and suggest necessary actions for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on the team's progress and successes to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Agile practices and industry trends to apply them as needed.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

• Experience in scrum role: agile coach, scrum maser, product owner, product manager.
• Knowledge of coaching, product management, agile project management.
• Experience in writing effective user stories following INVEST criteria.
• Experience in Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Expertise with multiple frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model etc.
• Leadership skills with an ability to motivate and inspire team members.
