Technical Asset Manager - Solar

・

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

・Coordination and management of human resources and O&M contractors related to the solar projects under operation

・Management of SCADA systems (Meteocontrol, GPM, domestic systems)

・Monitoring of solar performance and internal reporting

・Analyze operational data and elaborate them to run a performance analysis for presentation to the company stakeholders.

・Determine how the projects are performing in reality against the forecasted PVsyst EYA

・Seek room to improve the performance of the projects implements strategies to actuate them

・太陽光発電におけるプロジェクト関連の人的資源および O&M 請負業者の調整·管理

・SCADA システムの管理(メテオコントロール、GPM、国内システム)

・太陽光発電所のパフォーマンスのモニタリングと東京本社への報告レポート作成業務

・運用データ、パフォーマンス分析し、関係各所へ情報共有ならびにプレゼン

・プロジェクトが PVsyst EYA に対してどのように実行されているかを判断

・パフォーマンス改善の余地を模索し、戦略を策定·実施

・3 yrs experience in asset management

・Possess exceptional negotiation and presentation skills

・Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills

・Native level of Japanese skills and Business level of English skills

・アセットマネジメント経験3年以上

・ネゴシエーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、コミュニケーションスキル

・ネイティブレベルの日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語

PREFERRED SKILLS:

・Work experience in an overseas or a multinational environment is a plus

・Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

・Asset management experience in renewable energy industry is a plus

・外資系企業での勤務経験歓迎

・Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointに習熟している

・再生可能エネルギー業界におけるアセットマネジメント経験があれば尚可
