Job Description

• Ideally, you will be able to deliver SAP programs and projects (eg greenfield implementations, roll-out activities) in the Asia Pacific region and support the team at business process and functional level as required.
• Support new customer acquisition, drive development for existing customers, and engage in pre-sales activities with the support of functional and technical teams.
• Support the regional management team in developing and implementing further strategies to accelerate growth in the region.
• Lead and mentor team members in their careers.
• Experience as a project manager in implementing medium to large-scale ERP (project size of 50 million yen or more).
• Experience implementing one or more SAP modules as a consultant is preferred.
• You will be responsible for delivering business/IT transformation programs and projects by supporting clients at business process and functional level and will play a key role in the projects:
• Program Manager
• Project Manager
• Integration Lead
• Cut-over lead
• Data & Cleansing Lead

Responsibility

• Deliver SAP programs and projects, eg Greenfield implementations, rollout activities within the Asia-Pacific region, ideally being able to support the team on business process and functional level if required.
• Support the acquisition of new customers and drive the development of existing clients, being engaged in thereby pre-sales activities supported by the functional and technical team.
• Support the regional management team to develop and implement further strategies accelerating growth in the region.
• Lead and coach team members in their career.
• Must have middle and large size ERP implementation experience as project manager (>50M JPY project size).
• One or more SAP module experience implementation as a consultant before is a plus.
• You deliver business/IT transformation programs and projects by supporting the client on business process or functional level by taking over critical project roles:
  • Program Manager
  • Project manager
  • Integration Lead
  • Cut-Over Lead
  • Data & Cleansing Lead

Qualifications

• Japanese people are preferred. Foreign nationals with equivalent language skills and business culture are also welcome.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (oral and written).
• At least 10 years of SAP experience (ideally in a consulting role), with a strong functional and/or technical background (5 years of pre-sales professional experience, 5 years of management experience, 5 years of SAP project management experience).
• Deep knowledge of the SAP market and pre-sales capabilities based on an extensive network of experts in the region.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or other degree
• Understanding of one or more modules of process and ERP and experience with SAP preferred.
• Analytical, problem-solving and motivated to develop their skills and talents.
• Passionate about project management
• You are an articulate and outgoing person who can support the sales and pre-sales cycle.
• Someone who can make responsible decisions.
• Passionate, decisive and values ​​teamwork.
• Able to lead a small team and have good sociable and communicative skills.

Japanese: Fluent Japanese and business level English

Qualifications:

• Japanese candidate is preferred. Foreign nationals with equivalent language and business culture skills are also welcomed to apply.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written).
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP environment, ideally consulting, with a strong functional and/or technical background (5 years of professional experience in pre-sales, 5 years of experience in management, and 5 years of experience in SAP project management ).
• Thorough SAP market understanding with proven pre-sales abilities founded on an extensive professional network in the region.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business; or any other discipline
• Process and ERP understanding of one module or more, SAP experience preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving with the desire to develop your own skills and talents.
• Passionate about project management.

• Willing to take over responsibility and to make decisions.
• Passionate and determined while appreciating teamwork.
