【Product Designer/Full Remote】Fast growing Proptech Startup!

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing UI designs and propose improvements with consideration for implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, while understanding the constraints of front-end technologies.
• Design common components and create specification guidelines for the engineering team to use.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Front-End Engineers to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
• Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the product.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of practical experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience designing for software or SaaS products (experience with B2B or B2C is acceptable).
• Experience using modern design tools like Figma in an agile development environment.
• A basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in an agile development environment on design tasks.
• English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking): A basic level of communication is sufficient, business-level proficiency is not required.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese.

Preferred Skills

• Design experience in B2B software or SaaS products.
• Experience in the real estate industry or related fields.
• Experience building or maintaining a design system.
• Practical experience in front-end development.
• A basic understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js
