SALARY:            100,000 – 120,000 THB/MONTH

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production and Material Control Manager to join our electronic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of materials to ensure efficient production processes. This role involves managing inventory, optimizing material flow, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements and internal goals.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure resources are available and allocated correctly.

• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to maintain efficiency.

• Oversee inventory management and ensure timely procurement of materials.

• Analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff to optimize material flow.

• Provide regular reports to senior management on production activities and issues.

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable material supply.

• Implement cost control programs to maintain profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production material control, preferably in the electronic manufacturing industry, PCBA industry or electronic assembly industry  is preferred.

• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with numbers, and expertise in Excel simulations and problem-solving.
