Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled FA Engineer with expertise in Radio Frequency (RF) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting failure analysis on RF systems and components, identifying root causes of failures, and implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed failure analysis on RF systems and components.

• Identify root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions.

• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve RF-related issues.

• Develop and implement test procedures for RF components and systems.

• Perform signal analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.

• Document findings and prepare technical reports.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in RF technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in failure analysis and RF engineering.

• Strong knowledge of RF systems, RF test equipment, and RF principles.

• Proficiency in using RF design software such as ADS, HFSS, or Ansys.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
