- Business analyst with business-level Japanese and English proficiency
- Basic understanding of DWH, SQL, and Tableau
- Requirements gathering in Japanese
- Engagement with local Japanese clients (business analysis and requirements gathering in Japanese)
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations team to execute the work.
- Daily tasks such as ticket distribution, dashboard validation, problem detection and fix tracking, source file and progress tracking, and dashboard access provisioning
- General operational communication, including collecting information and feedback from ticket submitters, product owners, and other parties (other vendors, AWB developers).
- Business support with expertise in customer requirements, business rules/metrics, reporting, and data refresh
- Required Skills
Japanese: Business level Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 required, Business English required
Qualification:
- Business Analyst with Japanese and English business level fluency
- Basic understanding of DWH, SQL, Tableau
- Requirement gathering in Japanese.
- Japanese local client engagement (business analysis, requirement gathering in Japanese)
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations team to get work done.
- Daily operation, includes Tickets distribution, Dashboards validation, Problem finding and fix tracking, Source file and progress tracking, Dashboard access provision, and etc
