Description

• Recipe Creation & Innovation: Develop unique, crowd-pleasing beverage recipes using world-renowned products. Work in our in-house kitchen studio and external test kitchens to perfect your craft.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients through proposal meetings to craft tailored recipes and menus.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events and associations such as NBA, HBA, and JBA, showcasing your expertise with live drink demonstrations.
• Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to support negotiations, create promotional campaigns, and engage with customers.
• Market Research & Branding: Stay ahead of trends by conducting market research and contributing to public relations efforts for global brands.

• A university graduate with 3+ years of experience as a bartender or barista, with a flair for developing exciting drink recipes.
• Comfortable using tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and holding a regular driver's license.
• Preferably fluent in English to communicate with global manufacturers.
• A customer-focused, proactive individual passionate about enhancing your skills and bringing bold ideas to the table.
