IT Project Manager

【ポジション概要】

各種IT関連プロジェクト管理と実行を担当。 ビジネスサイドと連携し、アサインされたプロジェクトを予定通り、円滑に進行することにより、業務効率化等の達成を通じ、ビジネスの拡大に寄与

【主な役割】

• 新規、または進行中のいくつかのプログラム／プロジェクトに参加し、プロジェクトを管理
• アサインされたプロジェクトをスケジュールどおりに進行し、より機敏な働き方を推進
• パイロットプログラムから実用化に至るまで新しいプロセスがスムーズに導入され問題や課題が迅速に解決されるようにプロジェクトをリード
• プロジェクト完了後も、ビジネスサイドのITのパートナーとして運用段階にスムーズに移行する。必要なサポートを適宜実施
• ベンダーやその他のさまざまなプログラムにおける役割の方々と協力、プロジェクト全体の取り組みを管理し成功に導く

Position Summary:
Responsible for managing and executing various IT-related projects. Collaborate with the business side to ensure that assigned projects proceed smoothly and on schedule, thereby contributing to business expansion through the achievement of operational efficiency, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in and manage several new and ongoing programs/projects
• Proceed with assigned projects on schedule and promote more agile ways of working
• Lead projects from pilot programs to practical implementation to ensure new processes are smoothly introduced and issues and challenges are quickly resolved
• Even after project completion, smoothly transition to the operational phase as a partner of IT on the business side. Provide necessary support as appropriate
• Work with vendors and various other program roles to manage the overall project effort and ensure success

• IT プロジェクトマネジメント/プログラムデリバリーまたは同種に重点を置いた職務経験３年〜５年以上　※必須
• 英語での職務経験　※必須
  • ビジネスレベルのミーティング、プレゼンテーション、メール、資料制作経験
  • 海外担当者との業務経験（プロジェクトチーム会議参加、メンバーとしての課題解決）
• ITまたはデジタル領域に関する理解または実践経験のある技術的背景　※尚可
• プロジェクト管理ツール (JIRA、ADO等) と パワーポイントツールの知識と習熟　※尚可
• 複数プロジェクトを同時に主導した経験

以下のスキル・知識を有し、それらを自在に駆使して、自立して業務を遂行することができる。

  • 卸売業、小売業業界知識
  • 物流、在庫管理、経理・財務処理に関する知識　※尚可
• IT知識
  • デジタル分野に関する知識全般
• ビジネスアナリシス知識
  • 業務フローの抽象化、可視化（プロセスフロー、課題管理表、提案書、要件定義書等）
• ビジネス要求分析、Fit and Gap分析

【資格】※あれば尚可

• PMPもしくはPrince 2等のプロジェクトマネジメント資格保持者
• アジャイル、スクラムマスターの関連資格保持者

【語学】

TOEICスコア(目安):L&R 700点前後〜（もしくは英検２級程度以上）
Speaking / Reading / Writing Proficiencies: ビジネスレベル
 

• 3 to 5 years or more of work experience focused on IT project management / program delivery or similar *Required
• Work experience in English *Required
  • Experience in business-level meetings, presentations, emails, and document production
  • Experience working with overseas personnel (participating in project team meetings and resolving issues as a member)
• Technical background with an understanding or practical experience in the IT or digital field *Preferred
• Knowledge and proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.) and PowerPoint tools *Preferred
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously

• Business requirement analysis, Fit and Gap analysis [Qualifications] *Preferred
  • Project management qualification holder such as PMP or Prince 2
  • Agile or Scrum Master-related qualification holder
