• Acted as lead functional consultant for template rollout project

• Lead master data preparation (product master and assortment definition)

• Assist with creating test data, scenarios, and scripts for SIT and UAT
• Supports issue tracking and resolution during UAT and defect management processes
• Responsible for preparing training materials and translating them into Japanese, and conducting training sessions
• Assist with preparation of project documentation and status reports
• Identifying and supporting system defects during hypercare and testing phases

Job Description

• Work as Lead Functional Consultant for template rollout Project.
• 10+ years hands on experience in SAP Logistics & Supply Chain (SD/MM/EWM)
• Supporting the validation of the requirements and the closure of any open points from the
• Supply Chain and Logistics discovery sessions.
• Master data: support the team in the preparation of the master data (eg Product master for all product lines in scope, Assortment definition, etc.)
• Map the Customer business (eye wear) processes into the corporate standard processes.
• Support test data preparation, scenarios and scripts for SIT and UAT. Support the teams in the execution of the UAT and defect management process (record open issues, track the resolution status etc.)
• Preparation and translation of training material into Japanese. Support the teams in the execution of training sessions.\Support preparation of project documentation (eg status report of the stream)
• Support the identification of the system defects during the hypercare and testing phase.

Requirements:

• Experience with multinational companies in the field of SAP Logistics & Supply Chain (SD, MM, EWM)
• Experience in deploying SAP Global Templates in the retail industry
• High level technical skills, logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent communication skills in Japanese (N1 or above)
• Business level English (reading, writing and speaking)

Qualification:

• A candidate with practical, hands-on experience and a proactive attitude towards directly engaging with systems to support business transformation is required.

• Proven experience in SAP Logistics & Supply Chain (SD, MM, EWM) roles within multinational corporations.

• Experience with SAP global template rollouts in the retail sector.

• Strong technical, logical, and problem-solving skills.

• High fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory

Languages:  Japanese Requirements: Fluent level japanese (N1)and above , Written and spoken English in Business level.
