Job Description

• Manage end-to-end implementation of SAP BODS solution including project planning, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Conduct workshops to collect and analyze customer requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Designed and implemented Data Integration and Migration solutions using SAP BODS.
• Developing data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources into the SAP system.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through data cleaning and validation processes.
• Optimize your existing SAP BODS implementation for improved performance and scalability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP BODS solution, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Comprehensive project documentation including design specifications, configuration guides and user manuals
• Develop and present project status reports highlighting major milestones, risks and deliverables.
• His main responsibilities include creating and presenting proposals for Business Objects Server (BO SS) components.

• Design and implement data integration and migration solutions using SAP BODS.
• Develop data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to integrate data from various sources into SAP systems.
• Ensure data quality and consistency through data cleaning and validation processes.
• Optimize existing SAP BODS implementations to enhance performance and scalability.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP BODS solutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Generate and present project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Create and present proposals for Business Objects Server (BO SS) components as a primary duty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of in-depth experience in SAP BODS implementation and consulting.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, Data Integration, Data Quality and Data Migration.
• Proven experience in Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) using SAP BODS.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Able to demonstrate initiative and creativity, add value to projects and solve problems effectively.
• Experience working for a large Multinational Corporation (MNC).
• Solid knowledge of SAP functional modules

Japanese: Fluent Japanese and business level English

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English; Japanese language skills are an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and creativity, adding value to projects and solving problems effectively.
• Experience working in large multinational corporations (MNCs).
• Sound knowledge of SAP functional modules
