Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the operations of Key Accounts involves several critical tasks. 
• Collaborating with the Logistics team to establish dispatch plans. 
• Overseeing accounts receivable collections.
• Managing inventory effectively.  
• Development of new business opportunities 
• Conducting regular meetings with customers to gather insights and relay information to suppliers. 
• Coordination between suppliers and customers is essential to ensure a seamless supply chain. 
• Timely reporting to supervisors and management is also a key responsibility, alongside fostering strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. 
• Teamwork is vital in this role, particularly in addressing any defects in parts by responding swiftly and taking appropriate actions to meet customer expectations.
