Understand Safety norms applicable at Construction site
Understand all Project Quality Plan and implement as per company laid down procedure
Regular Checking of material received/ Works under progress/ works completed
Checking and aauring 3 basic elements of Civil Engineering for all works
Conduct Third party tests for some items/works
Understanding Drawings and making necessary materails requirement (BBS etc.)
Implementing and assuring Safety and 5S at Site / Work Location with full Responsibility
Making Construction Schedule (Weekly & Monthly) in any known application 
Supervising Construction Activities at Site
Co-ordination with multiple agencies for smooth flow of Work
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed institute
Should be aware of relevant IS codes in practice for Construction/Civil works
Should be well versed with MS -Excel/MS-word etc., necessary for making and keeping records
Should have experience and knowledge of conducting lab tests for civil works
Should be able to communicate ( write/read/speak) in English
Should have experience of minimum 2 or 3 Projects
