Location: New Delhi

• Estimation & Billing: Independently manage estimation and billing related to all construction areas.

• Tendering: Prepare and analyze tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage subcontractors.

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and disputes related to costs and contracts.

• Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

• Education: Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.

  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Other: Willing to work in any part of India.
