JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Communicate to explore customer project requirements and provide reasonable solutions to help customers secure projects.
• Train customers on product technical knowledge to help them quickly become familiar with product solutions.
• Write product technical documentation to help customers quickly become familiar with product configurations.
• Quickly resolve customers' daily product technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction with the service.

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or other related fields of science and engineering.
• Work experience in testing or technical support is preferred.
• Good communication, expression, analytical summarization abilities, and team spirit are required.
• Professional Requirements: No specific major required, but communications and computer-related majors are preferred; proficiency in Chinese is necessary as communication with Chinese stakeholders is required.
